Naughty Dog's original hit isn't cooperating with the new update.
September 2, 2009 - Firmware version 3.0 went live recently and brought with it dynamic themes, a redesigned (arguably uglier) friends list and new avatars. Actually, we haven't found the new avatars yet, but they'll hopefully be along shortly...
Unfortunately, the firmware update hasn't been all fun and games. According to a fair number of users on the PlayStation.com boards, the update has caused the original Uncharted to crash almost every time the game is played. Whether this is a problem with a select group of gamers or it's nearly universal is hard to tell, but we can only hope that a fix is in the works for those affected.
We attempted to contact Sony for a comment regarding this matter, but a representative could not be reached at the time this article was published.
