drakesfortuneIt's Leaderboard time, dear readers. With the breaches and continued outages of the PlayStation Network and Sony Online Entertainment, it's no surprise the slate of video games expected (and rumored) for the PlayStation 3 have been thrust to the background.
That's where reader kyle82886 comes in, with his top five hyped exclusive sequels for the PlayStation 3 (Note: the post has been edited for grammar and clarity):
1. Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception. Easily, this is the most hyped game of the PlayStation 3 … ever. With the huge success that Uncharted 2: Among Thieves had, expectations are extremely high on Naughty Dog to blow us away again. From the videos released thus far, they have already exceeded that.
2. Resistance 3. Insomniac has a chance to re-establish itself as one of the elite PlayStation 3 developers with their third entry into the series. Combining the success of Resistance: Fall of Man and Resistance 2, Resistance 3 promises to be nothing but extraordinary. And who wouldn" t="t" want="want" to="to" take="take" out="out" some="some">3. Twisted Metal. For far too long, the spotlight has been off Sweet Tooth and company. Well not to fear, David Jaffe will give us his baby, Twisted Metal, in October. Jaffe has a big mountain to climb in order to deliver on fan's expectations, but he has never disappointed before and no reason to believe he will this time. October can't some soon enough.
4. Last Guardian. From the brilliant creator of Ico and Shadow of the Colossus, the gaming world is patiently waiting to see what the Last Guardian will bring. The game has big shoes to fill.
5. God of War 4. There's a rumor that God of War 4 is in development and will be released in September 2012. Do you know what the gaming world needs? More Kratos.
