Uncharted 3 inspires limited edition DualShock in Japan

Japan is home to some of weirdest and most wonderful gaming paraphernalia in the world, and it thus comes as no surprise that a marvellously adorned DualShock 3 controller will be released there alongside one of the biggest games of the year.

‘Uncharted 3: Atlantis Sleeps in the Desert’ is the Japanese title bestowed upon the ‘Drake’s Deception’ we know and love. Sony Computer Entertainment Japan’s desert-themed DualShock 3 controller (pictured below) will be bundled with the game for a collective cost of 9 980 yen ($129). Uncharted 3 will sell for 5 980 yen ($77) on its own. If this controller never gets released in the West then expect it to become a rare (and expensive) piece of PS3 memorabilia in a couple of years time. [SOURCE]
